I am pulling my hair out..... First I insert a tiff fila and when I try to rotate afterwords it become transparent or the image quality denigrates. I have tried image quality command, and looked in setting to see if something changed like the background transparency but to no avail.

I have been "messing around" and reading on the visual styles with no avail. I'm trying to plot a structural detail I've drawn with crisp fine lines. My resolution keeps coming up low-res. I've set all the viewports to realistic. I tried setting the plot dialogue to realistic. My results got almost acceptable by going to "Legacy wireframe". I tried SolProf - It was extra work and didn't give me any better results. ...any thoughts? I can feel my hair getting gray-er just sitting here. Thanks, Bill

Hi, I've worked on AutoCad for many years but only just upgraded to Architecture 2012, so have tried my first 3D! I am struggling with my render quality, i am rendering in Presentation quality yet the finished render is still a little blurry and quiet small i have sellected -640x480. Can any one help?

Hi there all, Sorry if I haven't been on here for a while, so I won't be offended if no one answers! I recently upgraded to 2009 and was very relieved when I noticed an in-built PDF feature. However, the quality is quite poor. I 'saved as' the cad file to 2004 version, then transferred it to my AutoCAD 2004 install (with Acrobat Pro 7 installed) and it converts perfectly (as it always has!). You'll see below that the text looks bubbly and is now in bold for some reason (I use basic Aerial). Any advice welcome, sorry if this is an old question, I have done some googling and searched on here, but didn't find anything with searchable description. Thanks in advance! PS Here's the effect difference (same file, just setup1 with: 2009 only. Setup2: 2004 with Acrobat Writer). Hi folks, long time no see! I have two viewports in a layout showing 3d objects where I would like to see rendered quality when I print my dwg. How do I get this to work right? As of now the print output is not that great of quality. Shadeplot is set to 'rendered' and presentation quality for both viewports. Is there anything else I can do here to get it looking better?
