Hello!

I managed to find my instalation cd for Autocad 2006 and instaled Express tools. I never used them and dont know nothing aboth them.

Anyway I read the instructions here on the forum to load the ET I have to write EXPRESSMENU at the command line wich I did, and wich displayed my express menu icons and pulldown menu, but the problem is that all my icons are ???????

Is this normal? How to fix this? Where to start learning what this new tools can do? Are they powerfull?

Thanx a lot!

Be sure the icons for the toolbars are Acad's support path (usually in the Express folder) If that isn't the problem, open the CUI, expand Partial CUI files > Express > Toolbars > ET: Text; select a command (In this case I picked 'Text Fit'). In the right pane there will be an area 'Button Image' with the image (yours will probably be a ?) with the image name. Click Edit, Open and navigate to the button image (probably in the Express folder), click Close and that should fix it.

There is a Help file for the Express Tools under the Express Menu pulldown.
