problems with autocad import

Ive done this many times where I take my plans from autocad, export them, and then import them into Rhino where I extrude the lines. This time for some reason when I start extruding the lines, the solid extrusions dont lie on the lines and look really glitchy when I pan around them. I thought it might be my rhino that needed reinstalled or something but when I look at a old project everything is fine and I can work in that file until I import my cad file then everything I try to make is misalligned again. Help would be greatly appreciated.

after trying some old cad files which all work just fine, I have came to the conclusion that it must have been a corrupt cad file. I copied the lines to a new file and imported that and it is working correct.... for now.
