Zooming problems - HELP needed

Good afternoon,

I have been having this trouble over the past few days...everytime I zoom down a few lines "move" and look all whacked out. These have typically been polylines, but lately it is just the non-ortho lines. Can someone help me with a quick fix. I truly doubt that it is a Video Card issue because I have not run into this just until the last few day. Please help, it is DRIVING ME NUTS!

Ok. When I zoom in to an intersection of 3 different lines (one line is drawn straight up and down, the other is drawn straight left to right, and the other is at 45 degrees). I zoom down to the intersection and the one drawn at 45 degrees 'moves' when zooming down. It does not literally move. Let's just say that to select it, I don't select the line, I select where it should be and then it shows up. Make sense?

I am having a very similar problem to this in AutoCAD 2010! Every time i zoom right in to a line etc, the lines begin to move. And if I try to grip them to move them, they move again, and I can't get them to snap to anything etc. They begin to act really weird! I dont have a screen shot at the moment but will try to get one later tonight. What is this "viewres" command? What should I set this too to try an improve the issue?
