Does Inventor 2009 have the "CROP" feature like Inventor 2010 does?

If so, where is it located?

I think it was introduced in 2010.

That explains why I can't find it.

I was sure that I was just not looking in the right place.

Actually, I just found where it is in IV 2009.

 

When you get into an .IDW, CROP is right there in the Drawing Views Panel.
