Cad64 Posted August 24, 2008 Share Posted August 24, 2008 No, you cannot join a Line and a Spline. I generally don't use Splines. I usually draw out a Polyline for my curved path and then switch to PEDIT and choose the "Spline" option to get the curvature. There is also a "Decurve" option that will return the Splined Pline to it's original state. Doing this allows me to add segments later if I need to. SEANT Posted August 26, 2008 Share Posted August 26, 2008 The only other suggestion I would make is that if the final objective is to create a planar, closed loop then the Region command will allow the joining of splines, lines, polylines, arcs, and elliptical arcs.
