Dimension text height

I am needing to have a decent size dimension text. Is there a limit to how high the text can be? When I try to create a text height, i.e. 8.0, it doesnt change the height to that my text is staying small.

I don't know about inventor but assuming it is like AutoCAD, there is no maximum. HOWEVER if you have declared a height in the text STYLE that is what you are stuck with. Just check that all text styles have their height set to 0 before adjusting it any where else.

Thanks dbroada, that is what the problem was someone before me had set the height to a certain amount.

Is your profile wrong or do you use both Inventor & Mech Desktop?
