ANDY0871 Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 Im running mep 2009. A new feature to the xclip command is that you can select the clipped object and you get grips that you can now move around and change the shape of it...But when i try it here i'm not getting those grips. Is there a variable to get a boundary to show up or something? i'm not getting a boundary at all.. Quote
BOB'27T Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 Type in TFRAMES and see if the border shows up. Or XCLIPFRAME 0=not visible 1=visible Quote
ANDY0871 Posted August 28, 2008 Author Posted August 28, 2008 that was it. xclipframe thanks bob Quote
ANDY0871 Posted August 28, 2008 Author Posted August 28, 2008 but now im wondering something else...it shows up when i plot. can i get the frame to freeze without having to turn it on and off? Quote
BOB'27T Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 Set your IMAGRFRAME to "2". This shows the frame but does not plot it. Glad to be of help! Quote
ANDY0871 Posted August 28, 2008 Author Posted August 28, 2008 i did that but it shows up in my preview and plots.....imageframe set to 2.....it was set to one before. and i tried zero since that was an option too.. Quote
smorales02 Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 You could just do the xclip command than select your reference than hit "P"- this generates the polyline that was used to clip your reference. Reshape it as needed and than reclip it, than just erase the PLINE Quote
