busseynova
Hi all. I have a generic scene that I use for quick interior visualisations. It's not amazing, but it's quick enough to keep the customers happy. Was just having a mess about with some settings and wondered if anyone an point me in the right direction. To help speed the render up I've just lit it with sun (the scene has no ceiling) and use indirect illumination. I'm currently playing with those settings, but not getting anywhere fast. I'm wondering why the shadow under the table in the foreground is so much darker than the other one, also why is there that light patch at the corner of the wall? I quite often get light patches like that where walls/floors/ceilings meet, it'd be good to get rid of them if possible. I'll attach the DWG via sendspace as it's too big for here (2mb). There's some more seating that's hidden at the moment. My lighting settings are probablly a mess to anyone who knows what they're doing:roll:. Any help much appreciated!! http://www.sendspace.com/file/qsot5b

busseynova
Sorry, just to clear this up it was 'use radius' under global illumination on, and radius mode under final gather set to off.
