Siberian Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 I like working with two viewports vertically aligned in model space. For some reason they won't stay in place, i.e. when I restart the whole thing I'm back to one. How can I make two my default option? Quote
tzframpton Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 It should save the viewport setup in the file itself, right? Are you opening the same file and it's knocking back down to one, or starting a new drawing and wanting the viewport settings to stay?? Quote
Siberian Posted August 1, 2010 Author Posted August 1, 2010 If I save a file with two VPs then it opens with two VPs. But I want to start a new drawing with two being the default... Quote
tzframpton Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Just edit the default Template file. Open it, create two viewports, and Save As a DWT file, overwriting the original. Quote
Siberian Posted August 2, 2010 Author Posted August 2, 2010 Ah, I knew that. Done it many times before. Stupid memory... Quote
