PROPERTIES command just disappeared

One of my draftsmen just came to me and showed me that his properties command had gone away. He works with his properties box always on one of his screen, but its not there and won't come back.

 

I appreciate any help. We use and old version (2002 i think) just because we haven't taken the time to adapt our company standards and procedures to the newer versions.

Have you tried searching the Autodesk KB?

Registry cleaners are also known to cause this problem.

May need to run a repair on the AutoCAD install.

Thanks a lot. We tried the repair already, with no luck. We are going to try what was suggested in the second link.
