KPR
I am geotechnical engineer using Autocad 2010 LT. I am using a .pc3 file sent over by a civil engineer client to create my final plot files so our drawing output is similar as our drawings are going in the same set. My problem is this: When I used Autocad 2007 I had no problem using his .pc3 files. I have upgraded to 2010 during the process of creating the plans and now his pc3 file will not work. When I select it I get a message saying the device (his plotter) does not exisit. So, I down loaded his plotter drivers. I try selecting that device to update the pc3 file and then I get a message saying the .pmp file is not compatible. I try to proceed anyway and it does nothing. Are older .pc3 files not compatible with a newer version of Autocad?
ReMark
It might be that your version of Windows does not support his plotter.
