3d colored shapes coming out white with colored outline

Hello,

 

I'm trying to print my 3d drawing to pdf in color. I'm using ACAD 2006 and Acrobat Pro 6.0.

 

The image on my screen has many different solid colors, but when I go to print preview, all shapes are white with colored outlines. I've tried changing shademode between hidden, flat and gouraud, but nothing works. When I print from model space the colors come out fine, but from paperspace I lose the solid color fill and only get the outline printed out. What's going on? Ideas?

I found the solution in another thread. To solve, I had to select the viewport, then go to properties>misc>shade plot>as diplayed. It had been set to "hidden". Hope this helps someone else!
