Fillet

mechanicaldwg.jpg Refer to drawing 28 diameter circle, you will see

a fillet of radius 3 coming off the base plate joining the 28 d circle any ideas as to how this can be accomplished.

Best option: Fillet command. Pick the appropriate edge as required. Hint: the raised circle will have a top and bottom edge. Which edge is in contact with the flat surface?

 

Down and dirty option: Create the profile and sweep or extrude it around the OD of the raised portion. You really don't want to do it this way; not an efficient method.
