blackeagle1245
Hello, I wonder something. What is the advantages of importing gbxml file after we calculated the results with a third party programs or we enter the results with extended data window? . Is it just to see the results anytime when we check space properties or is there any other advantages that I dont know. thanks in advance
tzframpton
The advantage would be to take a single-lined duct layout and size it for you. To me the real benefit is when you export gbXML, not import. Seems you get the most advantage when exporting as long as the model has accurate info, such as spaces, windows, R Values, wall types, etc.
blackeagle1245
yes exporting is a good feature but I have also problems with that too. Because it creates every different point as a surface which I dont need. At this point I cant go forward between mep and third party programs. tzframpton
I will agree that it's not a fully matured feature yet.
