Ellie82 Posted June 2, 2011 Share Posted June 2, 2011 Hi all, has anyone devised a routine where you can copy a block and it will number them each in sequence? If you imagine a reference for a piece of equipment, say in a circle, or square with a line across the middle, in the top there is text that remains the same, in the bottom half there is a number and as you add more references the numbers go up in order, so for 10 items you will have 10 refernces, each copied and then the text altered.
