Also I tried making my roof a 1000 times smaller but I could get it to shell.

To make it 1000 times smaller I used (.1000) for the scale, does that look correct?

I notice a fairly large portion of you roof is flat. That typically needs some alternate roofing method (membrane, standing seam, etc. ). Will that be part of the rendering?

Ok I've tried shelling this roof by scaling it down by a 1000 times in size (using scale factor 0.001) and it doesn't seem to work, can somebody else have a go for me please.

I meaure a part of eave of the roof and you right it is in mm (6400 units)

So if you want to scale your roof in cm just set scale factor 0.1 or 0.001 for m.

After shelling your roof you can enlarge again set factor 1000

Thanks for the reply.

I tried everything and it doesn't work for me at all. Can you please shell 2 roofs for me, one at 25mm and another at 300mm?

Thanks

Bob

Thanks, now I need to start adding materials, landscaping and lighting and I don't have a clue what I'm doing!

Oh the wonders of 3D visuals.

Anybody out there fancy earning some cash teaching me how to create 3D visuals?
