ammobake Posted August 20, 2019 Share Posted August 20, 2019 It is possible you snapped to a perpendicular rather than an endpoint. So in that case the two splines could still be at different elevations (the snap symbols are deceptively similar). There are actually different kinds of splines in autocad - those that can curve into 3 dimensions, those that can curve in a 2D "flat plane" only. But it's a completely different topic... All your 2D linework i suggest drawing as polylines. That way as long as you are snapping, all nodes will always be at the same elevation. If that elevation changes for any reason, you can basically select all polylines, update elevation in properties in fraction of a second and everything is uniform at the desired elevation.
