Import "Steel Detailing Neutral" (*.SDN) files

Does anyone have any pointers on how to get these types of files into either Inventor or AutoCAD.

 

This file seems to be a generic transfer format for structural steel and/or FEA applications.

 

Any advise would be greatly apreciated.
