whiteangel10 Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 I have some .dwg files; when the defpoints layer it's activated and a draw something, after that i cannot select what i've drawn; the grips doesn't appear when I want to select the drawing. ReMark Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 It is not an error. You are using an "old" trick for putting objects on a layer that does not print. That is now considered to be a bad practice although some will argue otherwise. Do you even know what the Defpoints layer is used for by AutoCAD? Do you know why it is created by AutoCAD in the first place? My advice is STOP drawing on the defpoints layer. Do so at your own risk.
