Getting upper Management to listen ???

DANIEL

Recommended Posts

it is always a fight. If Upper managment had their way, I would still be working in Autocad 14. As my boss does not understand the technology, and will not listen. I usually have to go to the owner to get what I want, but then I also have to pay the consequences for going outside the chain of command. I just got used to paying the consequences. My answer usually is, I did what I needed to do, to get the job done.

When you buy us each a beer with that new pay raise, I'll have an Erdinger Hefeweizen, my friend. Thanks! LoL

Congrats, of course, too!!!

....

I just had a promising interview today. The person I talked to went out of his way to compliment me on being one of only two respondents out of 43 that bothered to include some sample drawing work with their resume.

......

Dana,

You write that you included samples of your work with your resume. How many did you send and what size did you send? Just curious as I have never considered sending samples with the resume, just bringing some with me for the interview. I assume you removed the company names that were on them?

Thanks,
