ReMark
Do they work in any other drawing file?
ScribbleJ
I have had issues with Drawing Order in the past. Sometimes it will not work on way but will another. Never have I had it not work at all. Sometimes I think it may be a graphics card issue rather than an AutoCad issue. Try using REDRAW or REGEN once you change the order of entities. Also you might try purging and auditing the drawing in that order. Welcome to CADTutor akshada. One observation; I think your batteries are running low because you're last sentence started to drop vowels.
CyberAngel
Welcome to the forum. Is it possible that the objects you want to send the hatch "behind" are also "sent to back"? In that case it comes down to seniority, i.e. the newer hatch will cover up the older linework. Try using Bring to Front on the other linework. I assumed that the later would be superior to the former in the drawing order world.
