I use 2010 lt:

 

I want to be able to make a button for each layerstate. Is that possible? example a button for:

1st floor

2nd floor ect...

 

Thanks for any help on this subject. I don't know anything about macros.

Did you get this up and running?

 

Start with making a New Command in the CUI. as ReMark has said, Michael's Corner is very good for this kind of thing.
