Command to redefine/update mulitple wblock?

Recommended Posts

What do you mean by WBLOCK?

WBLOCK just writes objects or blocks in a drawing to a new drawing file (.dwg).

If it is a BLOCK you wish to update, plenty of LISPs around including the Express Tool>Blockreplace as mentioned by ReMark.

We use wblocks in ours drawing

the problem is when you modify some wblocks, they dont automatilly update/redefine in the drawing they were insert before.

so the only way i find to update/redefine these wblock, is to insert all of them again, one by one and redefine them.

is there a command, lisp, something to do this faster

If this is happening often I would consider xrefing in the various files.

You are inserting .dwg files, they may have been made with the wblock command but that command creates .dwg files.
