Spartacus
I am looking for books on Acad & Revit MEP 2012 or 2013. Do you have any suggestions? i need to master them both so i can be all knowing like the other MEP masters on this forum. thanks!
bill_borec
I may not be a "Master"...(I am pretty good with ACAD & C3D)...but I think it is safe to say that the MASTERS that are here have taken years of blood, sweat and tears (and plenty of swearing) to get to where they are. Books are a good place to start; but nothing beats practice and using the programs. (Personally, a user for 17 years.) IMHO the "Mastering" series are good. http://www.amazon.com/Mastering-AutoCAD-Autodesk-Official-Training/dp/0470952881/ref=pd_sim_b_4/182-2533585-4546927 Others may have other suggestions. Good Luck! Dadgad
I don't know about MEP, but for Autocad I think Ellen Finkelstein's AUTOCAD BIBLE is a very good overall reference covering all levels from beginner to advanced.
tzframpton
Best book for AutoCAD MEP: http://www.amazon.com/Aubin-Academy-Master-AutoCAD-2012/dp/1461141265/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1340110457&sr=1-1&keywords=autocad+mep Revit MEP is still kinda lacking in the "best book" category, since Revit MEP simply requires real experience to be good at it, but a good book to get you started is this one (same authors, basically the equivalent type book as the other I posted): http://www.amazon.com/Aubin-Academy-Master-Revit-2012/dp/1466389354/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1340110472&sr=1-1&keywords=Revit+mep Have fun!!
