.3Ds to Autocad

Hello All,

Can a .3Ds (Max) model be manipulated as a 3D model in Autocad, that is edit the solid?

Here we go again, Styk... :D

 

"cobber" is Australian (could also be British) for "mate" or "friend"...

A common way in Australian to use it is to say to some "bloke" you meet in the street.. "Ow ya goin', cobber digger sport." :twisted:

Hello Bertie,

 

I have a 3Ds file but it is but it is a polyface mesh, I have not been able to work out how to edit it as a solid.

I did this yesterday and it came in all messed up with faces all jagged. Then all of a sudden the face vertexes started going way out of the limits. I had to reimport and then it was gone. weird.
