Help with pipe sizes

hello everyone. im trying to learn MEP now i have good skills in autocad , and i need to draw a 3d project of a pumping and filteration system , only for water (drinking or agriculture).

i dont find the sizes if the pipe im used to .

the pipe sizes i need *outside diameter (ANSI):

3"=8.89cm accordingly the outside diameter of the flange=18.4cm

4"=11.43cm>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>=21.6cm

6"=16.83cm>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>=28.0cm

8"=21.91cm>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>=33.65cm

 

im used to draw details in cm.

i dont find good tutorials , and i have the autodesk user guide but it doesnt help too much . it seems there is not enough metrial on the subject for beginners

i attached a file , example to the things i draw in 2d .

any help will be greatly appreciated

AutoCAD MEP already comes with ANSI standard components, complete with correct I.D. and O.D. dimensioned pipe, fittings, etc. And if there's some specialty pipes and/or fittings that it doesn't already have, then you have the ability to create new Catalogs and manually type in the correct dimensions for you to use. AutoCAD MEP is very powerful and since it's an "add-on" to the AutoCAD core, the learning curve isn't too steep.
