KarolR Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 I am using the move command and i try to type values for the precise input option that i chose. I see the places where the values should be entered, but i cannot write anything there. Maybe a problem with the installation? Quote
ReMark Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Are you referring to Inventor or AutoCAD? This post is in the Inventor forum. Quote
JD Mather Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Forget Precise Input. Don't use it - there are better techniques. Quote
Dadgad Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 In case you are talking about Autocad, you need to enable dimension input, as shown in the image. Appears that you are not, I see JD is on the case. Never mind. Quote
KarolR Posted September 17, 2012 Author Posted September 17, 2012 Thanks, JD, i remember all your remarks, but, what better technique is there to move, precisely, the borders in an inventor sheet? Quote
JD Mather Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Thanks, JD, i remember all your remarks, but, what better technique is there to move, precisely, the borders in an inventor sheet? You didn't include this information in your original problem description. Are you using one of the standard borders or are you creating a custom border? Attach the file here might help. Quote
