jabastin Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 How to use TRIM/PROJECT option in Autocad LT. (I have heared project option is most used in 3d that's y? ) Best Regards ... Quote
GE13579 Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 Trim or extend can be used simply by writing them in the command line. I'm not sure how they'd work with 3D mind- I only use them for 2D. They carry keyboard shortcuts TR and EX providing you've not changed them. Edit- I assume the "y?" refers to a question "why?" and not the y axis? Quote
jabastin Posted November 7, 2008 Author Posted November 7, 2008 Dear GE Thanks 4 ur reply I want to know trim-Project option.... not simple trim and extend Help me!!! Quote
GE13579 Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 If you're projecting a line aren't you extending? I think project/ trim are rather different commands, the only thing I can think is if you want to extend while in the trim command (or vice- versa) just hold shift when you click? Quote
