How to use TRIM/PROJECT option in Autocad LT. (I have heared project option is most used in 3d that's y? )

Trim or extend can be used simply by writing them in the command line. I'm not sure how they'd work with 3D mind- I only use them for 2D.

They carry keyboard shortcuts TR and EX providing you've not changed them.

Edit- I assume the "y?" refers to a question "why?" and not the y axis?

If you're projecting a line aren't you extending? I think project/ trim are rather different commands, the only thing I can think is if you want to extend while in the trim command (or vice- versa) just hold shift when you click?
