If you really want to become an "expert" start by taking a 3-day training class taught by a knowledgeable/reputable AutoCAD reseller. You'll be in a small class (4-6 people max), taught by someone who knows the program, you can ask all the questions you want, and you'll get the course training manual. You'll also network with like-minded users and learn some valuable tips and tricks that other self-taught users will not be privy to.
