Trouble trying to get Large Icons without text

I am creating a ribbon panel with a Slideout for signs for our road schemes. When I add a command to the slideout and try to set it to Large Icon Without Text I get the message on the attached screen shot. It looks ok on my pc but when I write out to the enterprise CUI it contains the text on the other users machines and the slideout is so long it runs off the screen.

 

Is there any way around this? Thanks and Happy Christmas!

I can't check on your screen shot, but maybe you need to specify an image for the "Large Image" option under "Images"

Thanks but the image is a 32 x 32 image. Does anyone know how to have the large icons appear in rows without the text appearing with them?
