janeplain420
I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I drew and named several different blocks and copied them all around in an HVAC layout. Is there a quick way to count them with MEP 2011? Thanks in advance.
Dadgad
You could use DATAEXTRACTION, FILTER, or LIST (I think, don't use List myself). I don't use MEP either, but am guessing that you will have those commands too. Or LeeMac has lots of great lisps for free on his site which could be helpful, http://www.lee-mac.com/blockcounter.html perhaps this one would be a good place to start. Thanks Lee! tzframpton
Are these standard blocks or AutoCAD MEP objects (aka AEC Objects)?
