Spumantii
I follow a cloth tutorial with the following steps: Create a plane Create a box just above the plane and subdivide it into many quads Create a gravity force assign cloth modifier to the plane and box make the plane a collidable object make the box a cloth with DEFAULT values give the cloth an inflate pressure of 30 (30 what?? Another arbitrary value) simulate EDIT: Further test shows the thing fully inflating with a pressure of 0! Why is it inflating with a pressure of 0? EDIT SOLVED: Apparently I'd added the cloth modifier on top of the stack and subdivided the box afterward and the cloth did not recognize the new geometry. OR the object was at the wrong scale and the inflation units were comparatively high. Edited October 18, 2013 by Spumantii solved
Spumantii
Negative pressure, this is pretty cool. I was trying to figure a way to 'tuck in' the sheet. Anyone know any tricks using the cloth modifier for furniture? My pillows still need work, they look like rubber water bottles..
