As far as I know everyone has the latest SP installed. I'll double check though.

 

Everyone now has the latest service pack installed.

 

Enable hardware acceleration and then see if there is a difference.

 

They have also enabled hardware acceleration. I'll let you guys know how it goes in a few hours :)

Have you checked for updated drivers for the video card?

 

What is the speed of the RAM in your laptop? Have you checked for an update to the BIOS?
