Also it came from Florida on a truck. So it took some abuse on the trip. The touch screen went out, I put off calling a tech because it printed without needing to use the touch screen. Then we needed to change a setting, had to call the tech to fix the panel. Turned out he replaced it, had to make 2 trips and the cost was just over $200.
