I've been using this:

(command "shell" (strcat "explorer \"" (getvar 'dwgprefix) "\""))

 

Lees way looks quicker though (half a second, not enough time to grab a coffee but enough for the geeks amongst us)

If you want to quickly open the disk folder containing your current AutoCAD drawing, right-click on its tab and choose "Open File Location" from the context menu.
