Create Mesh from Splines for Terrain

Hi.

 

Is there a simple way to quickly draw a mesh out of the following splines created from a recent survey to represent a terrain.

 

Note some data are missing.

Missing data will be problematic but where you have four splines adjacent to each other perhaps the EDGESURF command will work. I am unable at this time to test this theory on your attached drawing as I am not on my CAD computer.
