Default drawing opened when starting AutoCAD

I know how to set my default drawing for QNEW in the files tab in the options. However, that is NOT the same drawing that opens when I just open AutoCAD for the first time that day. Is there another place I set that? It's inconvenient that I have to open CAD and then do QNEW in order to get the template file that I want to work from. Suggestions?

Thanks for the link, I tried what they said and it opens my template, but there's an "error" message saying it cannot find the specified file. I don't understand the message since it still opens the drawing. Any ideas why that message might be popping up?

Nevermind, I got it to work :)

Thanks!
