Have you checked the TRASH (AKA Recycle ala ReMark's post)? That is where mine go when deleted.

Hopefully this will be reversible, and you will think twice before you do it again. :|

If they are DWG-files then perhaps you have a BAK-file? It should be called the same as the DWG and most likely be placed in the same folder. Rename the file from .BAK to .DWG and then you can open the file normally.

Search for any .bak files in Windows, because they won't show up in your folder if you are searching with Autocad. :|

Check the Recycle Bin. There should be a shortcut on your Desktop. Many users forget it is even there.

A deeper solution if you have emptied the trash is you can get a UNDELETE program form the Internet etc. BUT !!! it has to be used very soon after deleting the files. Our network server has no trash that I can see but our IT can get at the trash as administrators if we ring them straight away.

Nothing in the Recycle Bin, no BAK-files, no personal backups - are you saving the files on a network location that you have an IT-dept that backs up?

Otherwise I'd say that it's a lost cause my friend :(

Checked how? Did you know how to turn on file name extensions in Windows Explorer?
