inserting multiple windows metafiles

For every job we do we have to attach title 24 docs. pretty much they show that the HVAC and Plumbing for the building meets specifications and is to code. Theres a specific form for this that has to be used so it can just be done in auto cad. each set of title 24 docs is 40 + pages, is there a way to insert multiple docs at the same time instead of individually. It wont let me select multiple wmf files at once.
