List objects, blocks crossing the alignment station/chainage

Require a great solution for the below Article

 

There are blocks (Box culverts etc.) placed, polylines crossing along the Polyline

Create a list of crossing items with intersection chainages

(Merge objects with a table)

 

or Is this possible by Lisp Routine
