Adding a Constraint to a Stretch Action in a Dynamic Block

Hey guys,

I'm using AutoCAD 2015. I'm trying to make a simple wall panel block for our estimator to use to be able to quickly extract our precast piece sizes and areas. Sometimes we'll have wall panels that are skewed at the top. I've been able to get the block to do all of this, but I want the "skewed" side to only be able to go up to the same elevation as the non-skewed side, that way there won't be any mess-ups with the data extraction. I could just tell him to make sure to not bring the skewed end past the other side, but I'd rather it not be able to mess anything up. I've attached the block file for reference.
