Start by reading this blog by Lynn Allen re: AutoCAD 2013. Follow that up by reading any number of threads here on a wide range of topics.

It's very simple. Open your search engine and do a search using the following criteria:

 

"autocad 2013"+"tips and tricks"

 

You'll get numerous links to articles, blogs and even video. Try it; you'll like it.
