Dynamic Block - stretch angled lines

Hi guys,

I am trying to make a dynamic block that will allow me to have a vertical stretch function with 2 sides being on a fixed angle.

I tried a combination of locking angles and using polar stretch but its just not doing anything for me.

 

Any idea guys?
