hht
Do you have any idea why does not f2 work for command history? F2 says enter variable name. Thank you.
ccowgill
Is it possible the f2 key was redefined in the CUI?
hht
Is it possible the f2 key was redefined in the CUI? Is it related to keyboard or autocad? How can I understand it? Thank you.
RobDraw
IIRC, the command line needs to be docked for F2 to make a new window. If it is not docked, the command line expands. Cannot test as I'm away from CAD ATM.
Dadgad
Try using Ctrl + F2, it is an alternate way to do it, which I did not know, but I also use 2013, and I went looking for it in the CUI.

BIGAL
Drag the command line picking left edge down to bottom left then let go it should auto dock.

Not with MEP 2017. Just tested and it behaves as I described above.
