Hello all,

Is there a way to set all grips of a FeatureLine to a Z (elevation) of 0?.

I am not looking for a convertion to a 3D polyline. :-)

Select it, click Edit Elevations on the Ribbon, then click Elevation Editor, then in PANOROMA palette pick the first triangle in upper-left, then scroll down and pick the last triangle in the bottom-left, then click first Elevation(Actual) and change it to 0. All elevations should now be 0 and can be exploded into a 2D polyline with arcs instead of a 3D polyline which doesn't support them.

Take a look at: http://ericchappell.blogspot.com/2012/03/quick-way-to-flatten-survey-figures-and.html for a lisp solution

Hey tombu, the first solution you posted is the regulat method. For over 2000 feature lines this is quite time consuming.

Also, your second solution is too quick and dirty.

If a featureline has an Arc in it. When exploded it becomes a polyline witg many segments for the arc.

When all elevations are 0, is remains an arc. And that what i need.

So i need to 'lisp' the firdt solution. And that something your given lisp doesnt do...

So i realy need to manipulate the veetexes...

Thanks for the suggestion tho, but already tried both of those. ;-)
