ReMark

Who created the drawing?

Do you remember any of the block names?

Were the block definitions purged?

Most likely not, but if it is possible, it will be very expensive.

No automation only simplify manual change, pick objects make block with a insert point, a lisp macro etc pick point, window object and erase, insert correct block. Trying to find patterns would be hard, washing machine outside pline check area then erase and insert, toilet length of one line and so on. By the time even start coding maybe all done.

Unfortunately there is no help in the drawing, other than recreating it all as BIGAL says, do you not have access to an old version from before that it was all exploded, maybe a previous revision, archive, old e-mail with a sent copy, backup file. Other than that your only option is start again.
