xref attributes are not visable in the host drawing

hi

 

using acad 2017,

 

attributes has a blank value, when used as xref they cannot be seen.

 

any idea how to make all attributes in the drawign to show in the host drawing?

The levels are a Attribute definition but not a block ?? They are missing, how where they made ?

 

You need to convert the Attdefs to text 1st google for an answer having problems here
