All of a sudden I can't pick multiple objects with the pick box. If pick one when I pick the next the highlight disappears from the first one?

Where do I go to set the size of the pick box? I used to find it under properties.

I just downloaded 17 to a new computer and I've lost all of my customization.

Set the system variable PICKADD to one, set the system variable PICKFIRST to 1.

 

The pick box is adjustable somewhere on the options dialog. I can't look it up, it's time to go home now.

The dumb answer "PICKBOX" the problem that stares in you the face bit like enter "password" yeah Password !

Regarding the above, consider creating your own personal "acad.lsp" file (for things you need to set once per session) and "acaddoc.lsp" file (for things you need to set each time a drawing is loaded). You can include things like setting these variables, and more.

Then when you change PCs, add a new path (like C:\CADSTUFF) to the top of your Support File Search Path in Options, drop those two files in there, and restart AutoCAD. Boom, done, much of your customization is back.
