sarah96
Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows where I could download a fire call point symbol for free? Or how I could go about drawing one?
ReMark
There is one available here. I downloaded and opened it. Seems fine. https://www.linecad.com/fire-alarm-call-point/ Note: The drawing was done using imperial units. It roughly measures 18x22 inches. Scale it to suit. Can you tell me how to get rid of all the layers it comes with? - there are loads!!
ReMark
I just checked. The drawing I downloaded has two layers: 0 and one called http://www.linecad.com. If your version has "loads" of layers then you might try using the Layer Merge command.

BIGAL
I did not down load but looked you could just make a block,a bit of time in drawing the outlines then just use Solid hatch with the colour set to a true Red say 10. Its just one of those things search around for an hour or spend 10 minutes making it. For me screen grab re-scale and draw over top. We had a situation one staff member spent 2 1/2 hrs looking for something I found out said stop we recreated the patched together requirement for a meeting later that day in 1/2 hour. Yes if we had the original 5 minutes work, but staffer on holidays. She came back we updated master copy. The moral to the story be careful how many hours we spend looking for something. But nice one Remark.
